​The Manifestation Process – Channeling The Arcturian Council​

Last year I wanted to understand the manifestation process in depth. The Arcturians delivered more than what I had asked for by showing how we manifest by moving through parallel realities, how all your manifestations is happening within the higher self bubble, and how we meet people by “frequency matching”. The Conversation Excerpt

Arcturians: You are dynamically creating the parallel reality frames and you are also moving through the frames. Now you are NOT creating the entire snapshots of the universe. You are creating frames that only YOU need to experience. 

Me: So how can these frames be separate from the universe, like…. If I’m going through one frame, does it exist as a universal frame or just for my local reference? 

Arcturians: Remember, these are not universal frames. Wherever you need to be, you’re going to become part of that reality.  When you say you’re creating these frames, these frames already exist. You are simply manifesting it. 

You’re simply going through it, “becoming them”. So it does not exist at a universal level like you have written in the book. It is happening at a local level. 

Whatever news that you are hearing is created at your local level. It is not created very far outside in some corner of the universe. You are not technically hearing very far-off information happening in a different part of the country. You are creating your own reality frames and based on what information you are containing inside you, and what belief systems you have inside, you are creating those frames accordingly. 

If you are not living alone, if you are co-creating the reality with some other person. Then both of your creations are working together to manifest something that is in keeping with your belief system and is also going to serve in some way to help you realize who you are. 

Your experience of the information is not as same as the other person’s, even if you’re looking at the same thing. 

So whatever you are seeing locally around you, even the news that you hear from others, is your creation. You are part of that environment and you are moving through static frames whenever and wherever you need to. 

Me: So I’m not able to understand, do these static frames exist detached from everything? 

Arcturians: No, these static frames are part of your ‘universal’ bubble. This is part of ‘your universe’. All the possible parallel realities that you can choose to experience are part of your universe. And each of these parallel reality frames exists in your universe only. 

If you are also co-creating something with somebody else or a mass of people,  then those parallel reality frames are co-created by all of you. 

It is like those common bubble points of your universe- like it’s where your universe and the other person’s universe are getting connected. 

All of you are literally floating in your own universal bubbles.  Your spirit is floating,  in its own bubble. Just like the Matrix movies, you have your own bubble and your own universe. 

Me: So where are these spirits residing? Like is Earth not real? Is it also created?  

Arcturians: No. You are part of Earth’s universal bubble. This is why you are on Earth. It’s not separate from your universe. Other people’s universal bubbles will coincide with yours when you and they match the frequency.  And the belief systems. 

Me: So are our spirits floating around? 

Like how is the spirit really? Where is the spirit physically located or the soul? 

Arcturians: The body is contained in the soul. The soul is the container of your ‘universe’. All that you are experiencing is being experienced in your container of the soul. So the soul contains the body as well. The soul may also overlap with other souls coming in contact. And this soul that you have is being contained inside the soul-level container of the earth because you are experiencing your reality on earth. 

Me: So it’s like earth, soul level container contains all other souls inside it. And we are creating individual experiences. Like we are really in a cocoon, a dream state.  

Arcturians: Yes, exactly. You are all sleeping in your own universes, in your own containers, and you are also not physically moving, but your universal bubbles are sometimes matching in frequencies with each other. That is when you are meeting each other and there is an overlap in your bubbles. 

Me: How is the overlap created if one is physically in one place?  

Arcturians: Because there is no physical space and you know that. 

Me: Okay, so. It’s like all of our bubbles are really in one place along with Earth, coinciding with each other. And whenever our frequencies are matching, we are kind of being in the same space, same time?

Arcturians: Exactly. All of it really is in one place. 

Me: So what about the universe?  

Arcturians: Your earth is contained inside the soul bubble of the sun.  And if you ever, ever choose to deflect and get out of the solar system, it’ll become a part of another being’s soul bubble. And it’ll switch on and switch off based on what frequencies match. 

So the sun is also dreaming of moving through the universe, the galaxy,  along with the earth in it.  And since your Earth’s frequency matches with the sun, they’re in the same space and time.  Being in the same space and time is really a frequency match.  

Me: Wow…….. Wow!  So all our souls are really coinciding in the same place and time, including yours?

Arcturians: Yes. Your soul is inside the higher self, very much unlike what all of you have been taught. Your higher soul or higher self is really the container of your reality. Your soul is like a part of that container, which is having and creating these physical experiences. 

So think of your higher soul as being the larger container and your soul being inside, as a part of that container.  It can any moment disintegrate, which means you die and you become part of the larger container of your higher soul. And each of you are having your own experiences. 

Me: So when we die, are we able to see that we are this container universe? 

Arcturians: You realize who you are, but you don’t really experience yourself as this container unless you need to.  If you want to, you can express a desire to see things as it is. 

But in your spirit level, you are still experiencing things the way you do on Earth, except that now you have more visibility across other dimensions where other people’s containers and yours match very easily and frequently.

You are still in a container of your creation, and you are still moving through frames when you are spirit, but now you have more flexibility to get outside the container, to see the container. 

Me: How can we get outside the container of the spirit to see ourselves?  

Arcturians: By desire. Because remember, God is also dreaming, dreaming of all of us.  So these containers are like cells in God’s body, and each of us is also dreaming, just like God is having experiences. We would also not refer to God as him because you stereotypically refer it to as male.

We would refer to God as “they”.  God has all of these containers creating them. Each of these is a reflection and made as an image of God. So each of these containers is imagining who they are and they are changing and evolving at every moment.
